This privacy notice relates to the collection of data relating to the costs of goods or work requested by the England Ecosystem Survey Project.

Natural England will use your data to provide payment for the work we have requested. This includes:
- Name of the person completing the form
- Name of the organisation
- Contact email address
- Costs relating to the work request (where applicable).

It is necessary to record the data for the payment of requested work by Natural England and to create purchase orders and facilitate payment to the relevant organisation.

The processing of your personal data is based on consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing ees@naturalengland.org.uk.
5. Who Natural England shares your personal data with
Natural England will not share your information.
Natural England respects your personal privacy when responding to access to information requests. We only share information when necessary to meet the statutory requirements of the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 and the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
6. How long Natural England holds personal data
Your personal information will be deleted by Natural England once the payment is complete.
7. What happens if you do not provide the data requested
If you do not provide the data:
- Natural England will not be able to raise purchase invoices and provide payment for goods or work.

- profiling (automated processing of personal data to evaluate certain things about an individual)

Natural England will only transfer your data to another country that is deemed adequate for data protection purposes.
