Details

The NDA owns some of the most radioactively contaminated land and buildings in Europe coupled with a complex mixed portfolio of other real estate.

The NDA mission is to deliver safe, sustainable and publicly acceptable solutions to the challenge of nuclear clean-up and waste management.

The Corporate Asset Management Plan is prepared as a decision making framework in support to the mission: it follows the Office of Government Commerce format advising on Property Asset Management.

This plan was revised in May 2013 and flows from the NDA Strategy.
