Details

Highways England has a process for controlling its own and third party works on its road network. This process is called Network Occupancy Management (NOM), which forms Part 6 of the Network Management Manual.

Statutory Undertakers have a legal responsibility to follow a slightly different process. This guidance explains what Highways England expects of undertakers under the NOM process.
