Details

This framework agreement sets out how the department and Network Rail will interact in terms of corporate governance and financial management. The department and Network Rail have drafted this document on the basis of the memorandum of understanding (MoU) between both parties. The MoU stated that this framework agreement would be created to explain how the 2 organisations would work together.
