Thank you for your letter setting out your remit and how this relates to the points raised in our letter to distribution partners. I sent you an introductory letter welcoming you to your new role and to request a meeting, which I hope you received. We have separately, emailed your office to set this up. Hikvision has engaged with the Surveillance Camera Commissioner Office for several years now, building constructive engagement and dialogue, as well as bringing industry together. We anticipate in continuing in this vein.
You outlined your concerns and points for consideration. These are serious matters and deserve due attention. We are committed to engaging fully and addressing in full.
