- impose a financial penalty of £150 for each other 117 discs authorised currently
- issue a warning to Eifion Daniel Clarke
- issue a warning to Christelle Borchard
- issue a warning to Kevyn Francis Jones
- accept Wayne Cowling as a transport manager
