Eleanor Sharpston is a distinguished, experienced, and widely respected Barrister who is recognised for her outstanding and sustained contribution to law and justice, including in her former role as Advocate General at the European Court of Justice, as well as a major contribution as a law educator in significant positions in the UK and across Europe, most recently in a high-profile Professorship at the University of Cambridge.

David Quarrey is recognised for his exceptional contribution and achievements both at NATO following the Russian invasion of Ukraine, including a leading role supporting Finland and Sweden’s entry into the Alliance, and throughout his career. Before taking up his current position at NATO, he was the UK’s Ambassador to Israel and the UK Deputy National Security Adviser, all critical roles to national security.
