Details

From 20 September 2012, the NHS Business Services Authority will have the ability to produce and distribute Total Reward Statements to those NHS employees who have an electronic staff record.

The purpose of a Total Reward Statement is to provide an individual with an annual statement of their current remuneration package (i.e. pay and benefits), including the value of any NHS pension entitlement that has been built up.

The NHS Business Services Authority intend to pilot the production of Total Reward Statements before a national roll out next year.
