These documents inform NHS England Area Teams, NHS Trusts and NHS Foundation Trusts of increases to NHS optical voucher values and Hospital Eye Service charges from 1 April 2015.

The note, from the Head of Ophthalmic Services at the Department of Health, provides information about the increase in optical voucher values and supplements by an overall 1.0%. Hospital Eye Service charges have also increased.
