In November 2013 the NCS Trust, an independent Community Interest Company, took over responsibility for National Citizen Service (NCS) from the Cabinet Office. The NCS Trust is funded by Cabinet Office via a Services of General Economic Interest (SGEI) entrustment.

This letter, from the Minister for Civil Society in the Cabinet Office to Stephen Greene, chair of the NCS Trust, describes the terms of the entrustment.
