Mims Davies MP, Minister for Social Mobility, Youth and Progression, appointed Helen Tomlinson as the government’s DWP Menopause Employment Champion on 6 March 2023.

This publication sets out plans to provide best practice guidance and education and ensure that all women in the workplace can access the guidance.

It will focus on encouraging employers to develop menopause policies to create more supportive environments to help women experiencing menopause to stay and progress in work.
