Southdowns Environmental Consultants Ltd (Southdowns) was appointed by QinetiQ, on behalf of the Ministry of Defence, to undertake an independent investigation into whether, and to what extent, range activities result in potentially damaging effects to building structures at locations surrounding the land ranges.
