Details

In compliance with the Noise Insulation Regulations 1975, where no offer of insulation or grant has been made the Regulations give a right of appeal to anyone having a qualifying interest, where the dwelling or property is within 300 metres of the scheme. Any person who claims that use of the new improved length of road causes or is expected to cause noise greater than the level specified in the Regulations may appeal.

This notice contains a summary of the law governing such appeals.
