Details

The Non-Delivery Disincentive sets out certain penalties where an applicant fails to sign a CFD if offered one or fails to deliver. Applicant’s to the CFD need policy clarity on how the penalties will apply in advance of the sealed bid submission window opening on 29 January 2015. This policy paper gives them that clarity.
