Norman Lamb, Minister of State for Care and Support, has written to all NHS trust chairs and chief executives to outline the action to be taken following the review of the Liverpool Care Pathway (LCP).

The independent review of the LCP, commissioned by the government in January 2013, reported its findings on 15 July 2013.
