Details

These documents outline the Secretary of State for Transport’s decision to re-regulate the North Pole International light maintenance depot in London. The depot was originally deregulated from section 16A(2) of the Railways Act 1993 because it was built for Eurostar fleet.

The plan shows the part of the depot which is going to be re-regulated. This part has been re-regulated because it is being redeveloped for the Intercity Express Programme to maintain trains for domestic railway passenger services.
