This notice is to tell you about a new pigmeat import tariff quota following the introduction of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) between Canada and the European Union.

Details

The quota will be open from 1 January until 31 December each year and be divided into four sub-periods as follows:

• 25% from 1 January to 31 March;

• 25% from 1 April to 30 June;

• 25% from 1 July to 30 September;

• 25% from 1 October to 31 December.

The products and quantities available under this quota are detailed in the attached Annex.
