Use this form if you wish to appeal a decision in proceedings between two or more parties.

Do not use this form if the registrar’s decision affects an applicant and no one else is involved: use Form TM55 ‘Notice of appeal to the appointed person (ex parte)’.
You must file this form no later than 28 days after the date that we sent you our decision.

All Intellectual Property Office fee bearing forms should be filed with the appropriate fee.
