Notice of fulfilment under the UK/Israel Trade and Partnership Agreement to apply cumulation of origin with mutual trading partners

The Trade and Partnership Agreement between the government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and government of the State of Israel, signed on 18 February 2019 (“the UK/Israel Agreement”), provides for cumulation of origin with certain mutual trading partners.
The United Kingdom has updated the rules of origin under each of the free trade agreements set out in the annex to this notice to reflect revisions to the Regional Convention on pan-Euro-Mediterranean preferential rules of origin. The date of the update is indicated in the annex.
This notice indicates that the necessary requirements under the UK/Israel Agreement for cumulation of origin to apply using the updated rules of origin have been fulfilled.
