Notice pursuant to Article 6(6)(f) of Protocol II (Concerning the definition of the concept of ‘originating products’ and methods of administrative cooperation) to the Interim Economic Partnership Agreement between the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, of the one part, and the Pacific States, of the other part, as applied pursuant to the Memorandum of Understanding between the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the Solomon Islands Concerning the Arrangements for Applying the Effects of the Interim Economic Partnership Agreement between the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, of the one part, and the Pacific States, of the other part
By the present notice dated and first published on 31 December 2020 interested parties are informed that the Solomon Islands have made, on 2 December 2020, a notification to the United Kingdom, as regards processed fisheries products, in accordance with Article 6(6)(b) of Protocol II (Concerning the definition of the concept of ‘originating products’ and methods of administrative cooperation) to the Interim Economic Partnership Agreement (iEPA) between the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, of the one part, and the Pacific States, of the other part, as applied pursuant to the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the Solomon Islands Concerning the Arrangements for Applying the Effects of the Interim Economic Partnership Agreement between the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, of the one part, and the Pacific States, of the other part.
