NTE 2021/04: open general licences amended

The Export Control Joint Unit have amended 8 open general export licences (OGELs). These reflect the changes to the list of defence-related products.
We have also amended 2 OGELs to correct an error in the list of goods covered by these licences.
Changes to open general licences
The 6 licence pages we have amended as a result of changes to legislation are:
- open general export licence certified companies
- open general export licence exports under the US UK defence trade cooperation treaty
- open general export licence military goods software and technology government or NATO end-use
- open general export licence military goods software and technology
- open general export licence (software and source code for military goods)
- open general export licence technology for military goods
