We are receiving a significant number of licence applications for Ukraine and assessment of these is being prioritised. Our staff are very busy at the moment processing these applications.
Your licence application is important to us. While we appreciate you would like to find out how your licence application is progressing, responding to queries on expected completion time of live applications reduces the speed at which we can process applications.
The situation is also impacting the length of time it takes us to process applications for other destinations. We appreciate your patience, and the respect and courtesy you give to our staff when speaking to them during this very busy period.
