Introduction
Further to the recent amendments to Export Control Order 2008 (“the 2008 Order”) and the Council Regulation (EC) No 428/2009 laid out in NTE 2024/04, we have now issued an updated version of the UK strategic export control list.
Alongside the inclusion of new control entries, a number of other amendments were made to the dual-use and munitions list which the Wassenaar Arrangement has summarised.
The online checker tools have been updated to include the new control entries including the recent updates to ‘open general export licence (export of dual-use items to EU member states)’ laid out in NTE 2024/05.
