Details
This notice updates on progress with the AUKUS partnership. It sets out reciprocal arrangements to those being implemented by the US to deliver the AUKUS partnership and will be delivered in the form of an open general licence (OGL).
The licence is not currently available for use and will only come into effect later this year. This is an opportunity to comment on the draft open general licence before it is finalised and published later in the year.
