Introduction
The Export Control Joint Unit (ECJU) has updated the following open general export licence (OGEL).
Open general export licence oil and gas exploration: dual-use items
The licence has been revised to permit exports to the continental shelf of coastal destinations which are themselves included as permitted destinations.
