It was also updated in relation to the implementation in December 2024 of Regulation 988/2023 on General Product Safety, and the increase in reporting in respect of Northern Ireland.

This guidance specifies how market surveillance authorities must use the Product Safety Database (PSD) to report unsafe and noncompliant products.
