An assessment from Sir Tony Redmond, on behalf of the Nottingham City Council Improvement and Assurance Board, into historic unlawful Housing Revenue Account (HRA) expenditure that occurred between 2014 and 2021. The assessment covers the findings and recommendations contained in the recent independent reports from CIPFA and Richard Penn (LGA Associate) regarding the misappropriation of HRA monies and the actions taken by the Council since December 2021 to address the issue.
