This notice and affirmation is for British nationals getting married or registering a civil partnership in Italy where you can apply for a certificate of no impediment (CNI) by post.
If you’ve been told you need a Nulla Osta this is the same as a CNI – certificate of no impediment is Nulla Osta in Italian.
