I have been trying to locate data on the percentage of driving test candidates who pass their car practical test with 0 faults recorded in the 2012/13 financial year.
Response
In the 2012/13 financial year 10,380 candidates passed their car practical test with no faults recorded. The total number of tests conducted in this period was 1,436,481.

and also some data on the average number of faults recorded on practical driving tests.
Response
In the 2012/13 financial year, the average number of faults for candidates passing their car practical test was 5.249 faults.
