On 28 April 2025, OFSI issued General Licence INT/2025/6135848 under Regulation 64 of The Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 (“The Russia Regulations”) which allows the transfer of assets and liabilities as part of the integration of Credit Suisse Group AG into UBS Group AG.
