Annual Report 2015/16 from Her Majesty’s Chief Inspector Sir Michael Wilshaw. The report covers schools, early years and further education and skills.

This is Sir Michael’s last Annual Report as Her Majesty’s Chief Inspector.

The report is underpinned by the findings of almost 25,000 inspections of schools, colleges and providers of early years and further education and skills. These inspections provide a unique evidence base for the report’s conclusions.
