The OPA manages, operates, and maintains Oil Fuel Depots and a Petroleum Storage Depot on behalf of the Ministry of Defence. This document describes the framework that the OPA operates within, including its:

  • responsibilities

The document does not convey any legal powers or responsibilities. It replaces the framework document published in 2017.
