The Office for the Internal Market (OIM) Panel assists the OIM in carrying out its functions, as set out in the UK Internal Market Act. The Chair of the OIM Panel sits on the CMA Board.

The OIM Panel members’ appointments are for five-year terms commencing on 1 December 2023. The Panel will meet regularly to provide strategic input across the OIM portfolio, promoting consistency and even-handedness.
