Details

All organisations that are currently registered with the OISC and want to change to a different legal status, or register a new business if there is no change to its legal status, must complete and submit the attached electronic application form. They should also read the accompanying guidance notes.

Guidance on how to complete the application form can be found here.

Once you have completed the form, please send it to the OISC via info@oisc.gov.uk

If you do not hear from the OISC within 10 working days please contact us via info@oisc.gov.uk to check on the progress of your application in the event we have been unable to contact you.
