Details

Lord Nash initially wrote to the trust on 9 June advising that the Secretary of State was minded to terminate the funding agreement with Oldknow Academy Trust unless the breaches set out in that letter were promptly addressed.

The trust’s response was received on 3 July 2014. Having considered the trust’s response, Lord Nash has issued this letter to state that he is proceeding to terminate the funding agreement.
