This policy only relates to the Open Banking payment initiation process. It does not relate to other payment methods, such as when you pay by bank transfer or credit or debit card.

This privacy notice has been updated to include information about using Open Banking to get a refund from HMRC directly to your bank account. The 'Why we collect your personal data' section has been expanded to include what information is shared if you use Open Banking to allow HMRC to send you a refund.
