Details
The open general export licence (OGEL) has been revoked.
This OGEL allowed, subject to certain conditions, the export of specific goods to any destination in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region from the UK or any other EU member state where the exporter is established in the UK.
This licence is subject to reporting requirements under the transparency initiative.
