Licence permits the import for transhipment and the subsequent export of certain goods subject to provisions.

1. 19 January 2024

   Licence amended to remove Burkina Faso, Haiti, Mali, and Niger as permissible destinations.

2. 31 December 2020

   This Open General Export Licence has been revised to take into account changes in legislation following the end of the transition period.

3. 17 December 2020

   This OGEL has been revised to take into account changes in legislation following the end of the transition period.

4. 3 May 2018

   Venezuela has been added to the list of destinations for which this licence is not valid.

5. 20 January 2017

   Changes to schedule 2: Serbia and Montenegro listed as separate countries. Bulgaria, Croatia, Ivory Coast and Liberia removed. Central African Republic and South Sudan added.
