Details

This open general transhipment licence (OGTL) has been revoked.

The OGTL allowed, subject to certain conditions, the importation for transhipment and the subsequent exportation of any controlled dual-use goods to any destination in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (SAR).

This licence is subject to reporting requirements under the transparency initiative.

  1. This open general transhipment licence has been revoked.

  2. This open general transhipment licence has been amended to reflect amendments to the EU dual-use export control list in Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 428/2009.
