Details

This open general transhipment licence (OGTL) allows, subject to certain conditions, the transit of sporting guns through the UK.

  1. Licence amended to remove Burkina Faso, Haiti, Mali, and Niger as permissible destinations.

  2. This open general transhipment licence has been amended to remove Hong Kong as a permitted destination

  3. Schedule 1 amended to include firearms listed under PL9010. Changes to schedule 2: Central African Republic and South Sudan added. Mongolian People's Republic now listed as Mongolia. Serbia and Montenegro listed as separate destinations. Russian Federation now listed as Russia.

  4. Licence amended to add Russia to the list of non-permitted destinations following the EU arms embargo on Russia.
