Details

UK Visas and Immigration guidance on how staff process asylum claims involving children where there are concurrent Hague Convention proceedings in the UK High Court. It applies to all staff dealing with asylum casework and covers:

  • notification of a case
  • processing cases under the expedited process
  • processing complex cases
