Details

The Office of the Public Guardian (OPG) registers lasting powers of attorney (LPA) and enduring powers of attorney (EPA).

LPAs and EPAs allow people to choose who they want to make decisions for them.

This privacy notice explains what we do with the data we collect and how to contact us with any question. It sets out the standards that you can expect from OPG and includes information about:

  • when we request or hold personal information (‘personal data’) about you
  • how you can get access to a copy of your personal data
  • what you can do if you think the standards are not being met

OPG’s personal information charter explains more about your rights over your personal data.
