Details

Out-of-Turn Supplementary Estimates may be presented at any time during the year whilst Parliament is sitting. This is only allowed in the most exceptional circumstances, where urgent additional provision is needed at short notice and where this cannot wait for a normal Estimates round. This Out-of-Turn Supplementary Estimate includes HM Treasury and the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy.
