In response to English Housing Survey data showing much higher rates of overcrowding in Pakistani and Bangladeshi households, this report takes an in-depth look at the issue and explores cultural drivers, perceptions and potential solutions from the view of those most affected.

Findings from the report are intended to inform DLUHC housing policies.
