Details

The Traffic Commissioner made orders to:

• revoke the operator licence held by Overland Transport Ltd with effect from 23:59 on 30 June 2018
• disqualify Overland Transport Ltd for 5 years from applying or holding an operator’s licence in any traffic area with effect from 23:59 on 15 June 2018
• disqualify Richard Quinn for 5 years from applying or holding an operator’s licence in any traffic area with effect from 23:59 on 15 June 2018
• disqualify George Brown indefinitely, with immediate effect from acting as transport manager under any licence
• disqualify Steven Lambie for a period of 5 years, with immediate effect from acting as transport manager under any licence
