Details of the application
The Environment Agency has received an application to vary (change) an environmental permit under the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 from Mr Nigel Leslie Matthews.
The proposed variation changes a standard rules permit into a bespoke permit.

This may include some forms of treatment both manual and mechanical, such as manual and physical sorting, and compaction provided that they are solely for the purpose of improving payloads.
