Updated texted 1) final planning decision now summer 2019. 2) Changed date to 2020 “If all approvals are granted construction will start in 2020 and is expected to take 3 to 4 years.” 3) Added lines in the CPO section - "We have had confirmation from Defra that they intend to hold a Public Inquiry and a date is being confirmed for this. Due to the timeframes needed for this part of the process, the earliest construction of the scheme will start is in 2020."
