Details

Strategic outline business case for the Oxford to Cambridge expressway missing link, which covers the gap between the M1 and the M40, plus potential road enhancements around Oxford.

This evidence confirmed the case for the missing link and has led to corridor selection in September 2018.

The case for the scheme was completed in line with the Treasury green book processes.
