Details
The parent, pupil and learner panel was set up to provide robust, rapid research on the experiences of parents, pupils and learners on a range of topical education issues.
Department for Education (DfE) recruited a panel of:
- parents of primary pupils in years 1 to 6
- parents of secondary pupils in years 7 to 11
- school pupils in years 7 to 13
- 16 to 18 learners in further education classroom settings.
The panel were asked questions submitted by policy teams across DfE.
Topics covered in the surveys include:
- behaviour in school
- childcare
- experiences of COVID-19
- mental health and wellbeing
- school attendance
- special educational needs and disability (SEND) support
