Parsons Brinckerhoff were contracted to undertake this project as an update of the evidence underpinning the Renewables Obligation Banding Review (ROBR) Dataset. The aim of this study was to collect any new evidence that has come to light since the data gathering exercise which was used to develop the Baseline Dataset.
